chirp is an online e-commerce platform offered to any person or entity registered to use our Services (“Members”). Our Services allow Members to, among other things, design and operate Extensions and send and manage communications, including the delivery of coupons, through Extensions at relevant moments (“Content”). We also provide other related Services, such as aggregated data analytics and insights to help our Members personalize their Content. By integrating their Shopify websites with our Services, Members are able to drive more sales and gain a competitive edge with direct insights on their consumers (“Users”).

For Members, this may include your business contact information, marketing information, account log-in credentials, payment information, and support query information, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, username, and any other similar information you may provide to us when you sign up for an account on the Site.
